Jeremy entered the Utah Prison System in the fall of 2015. After a few weeks he was transferred to the Utah Central Correctional Facility in Gunnison, Utah. After two weeks in the Elm housing unit, Jeremy decided he needed to choose a different path, one that didn’t involve sleeping until noon and playing cards all day; a path that would help support his decision to make a change for the better in his life. Because of that desire to change, he was and was able to move to the STRIVE (Success Through Responsibility, Integrity, Values and Effort) program. Once there he met Dennis Wynn, Jim Perry, and several other inmates who would be instrumental in the Transition Discovery program.
Jeremy is an autodidact (self-taught in all things creative). His career has allowed him to work with large companies as part of a team and for small companies where he was the only designer. He has also been successful as a freelance designer and illustrator. He currently manages several Facebook pages.
