Bryan has worked for the Utah State government at Dept. of Workforces for 25 years and has an extensive knowledge of multiple government programs that assist individuals and households with job training, employment incentives, and other supportive services. This includes Medicaid, Food Stamps, Cash Assistance, Child Care, On-The-Job-Training, Internships, Apprenticeship, and classroom training.

Bryan is very good at career coaching and helping individuals improve their occupational skills and increase their income. He provides a unique set of skills on how to navigate through government programs. Bryan provides hope and possibilities for those who are under-employed or who have low self esteem.
He also has a good network of employers who are generous and love giving job seekers second chances. Bryan is able to manage teams and has 10 years of successful management experience. At his high point of leadership he directed 155 people from Provo to St. George.
He enjoys project management and finding a lot of satisfaction when a project is implemented and it has successful outcomes helping people. The targeted populations that he has been working with during his 25 years of public service includes, but is not limited to: single parents; veterans; disabled veterans; recovering drug addicts; ex-offenders; employers; new entrepreneurs; and the underemployed living in poverty.
Bryan is semi-retired and doing some consulting for drug treatment centers, a Utah mining company, and a couple non-profit organizations.
He is currently married and has four children and four and a half grandchildren. His hobbies include camping, hiking, biking, skiing, concerts, The Sundance Film Festival, Vintage Volkswagens, Utah Jazz, Travel, BYU Sports, and History. He is active in his church and served a religious mission to South Korea.
Bryan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Marriage Therapy, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has been an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University for nine years teaching several different communications and business classes. His last year teaching at the college level was 2017. Bryan is also a certified public manager for human resource labor law policy with the State of Utah.
